Getting started
Online Forms:
* Note: the online Credit Card Agreement form is still a work in progress. Select “Download Agreement” or select the “Download Card Form” if you have already submitted the Large Storage Agreement form online.
Downloadable Forms:
Complete the “Large Storage Agreement” available by clicking the button above. You also have the option of completing the agreement in person printing the document in the “Download Agreement” button.
Then complete the “Credit Card Authorization” form required to set up your storage (you can review our prices here). We also require a copy of a government issued id and a copy of the front & back of your credit card.
* You may email us the paperwork or hand a physical copy to the driver.
After completing the first two forms, schedule a dropoff for your empty Large Storage Box. You may request a preferred dropoff time and we will do our best to accommodate this time. We will contact you to confirm the dropoff. Our driver will then deliver your Large Storage Box. Pickup and dropoffs are free within our delivery zone.
Upon delivery of the Large Storage Box, provide a copy of the completed Large Storage Agreement form and a copy of your id and credit card to the driver, or submit by email (see step 1).
Fill the Large Storage Box with your items (restrictions apply), and then schedule a pickup for your Large Storage Box. We will contact you again to confirm this pickup time. A driver will come and pick up your storage box and bring it to our safe storage location.
You may schedule a dropoff for your stored items at any time. Feel free to contact us at any of our participating locations at any time if you have any further questions or concerns.
